WGM Group checks in with Missoula Real Estate Today

WGM Group, Inc. Land Planner Jamie Erbacher and Executive Officer and Principal Engineer Melissa Matassa-Stone joined KGVO’s Denny Bedard last week to discuss the housing costs in Missoula.

It was Jamie’s first time on Missoula Real Estate Today, which is sponsored by The Beck Team. She shared some of the factors that have lead to increased housing costs in the City of Missoula and Missoula County.

Melissa was thankful for the opportunity to get back on the show. She reflected on some of the opportunities for public-private partnerships that can help facilitate housing supply.
