Our Statement on Racism & Discrimination

Our responsibilities as members of a civil and just society require us to speak out against racism and discrimination of all kinds. WGM Group joins millions across our great country who mourn the loss of human life due to police brutality and systemic inequalities. 

Our leadership and team members also join the journey of many to improve our own internal practices to prevent discrimination and propel our company and country forward.

We can no longer remain silent for fear of alienating the few who may be offended by statements of support and solidarity with those fighting for justice. It is our responsibility as individuals and as corporate leaders to voice our support for equality and justice, and to strongly reject the ideals of individuals, leaders, and institutions that support discrimination and racism of any kind.  

WGM Group stands united with the Black Lives Matter movement and all who are working to end discrimination in the United States, including those working to end the overt and unacceptable discrimination against Native Americans in Montana and the disappearance of Native American women, whose cases often are left unresolved by our criminal justice system.  

The time for decisive action from our elected officials is long overdue. WGM Group joins corporations across the United States who are calling on reforms that will protect all citizens and provide everyone with the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. WGM Group will make donations to both the Montana Human Rights Network and the Montana Native American Development Corporation to support their ongoing work to end racism and fight for economic justice.
