Bozeman's Bridger Vale Subdivision Approved with WGM Group Landscape Architecture

On February 13th the City of Bozeman's Design Review Board approved a preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) application for the Bridger Vale Subdivision on Manley Road.

WGM Group is proud to be working with renowned custom home builder Ebbighausen Homes and Eryn Schwehr of ELS Architects to bring this mixed-use development on Bozeman's northside to life. Our Bozeman Landscape Architect Lessa Racow worked closely with Ebbighausen to design residential plantings and parkland intended to bring people together.

The subdivision will continue the transformation of a city area formerly known for industrial sites into a desirable neighborhood for people who want to live close to downtown, surrounded by views of the Bridger Mountains and nearby hiking and biking trails.
