Riverfront Triangle

As Missoula continues to grow within its limited footprint, infill and redevelopment projects become more and more important to the quality of life in the area. The Riverfront Triangle development seeks to add a hotel, conference center, two restaurants, 200 apartments, and 50 condos, as well as retail, general office, and medical office space along the Clark Fork River in Missoula’s urban core. WGM Group overcame many challenges during the feasibility and planning efforts for this project, offering a complete team to handle everything from floodplain issues and traffic re-routing to relocation and upgrading of existing utilities.
