Missoula Food Bank
The Missoula Food Bank needed a new home but their lot size didn’t fit their new vision.
WGM Group stepped in to work closely with the neighboring landowner to relocate a lot line, creating the perfect parcel size to house the community’s new food bank facility. Our approach saved valuable time and money to get this vital community service up and running as quickly as possible, and resulted in a boundary relocation amended plat. Follow-on work included two ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys – one for the new facility design and ownership transfer, another during construction for the financing package.
