North Higgins Grand Opening Ceremony

On Friday, October 15, 2010 Missoula celebrated the Grand Opening of the North Higgins Avenue Streetscape Improvement Project. The celebration included a ribbon cutting ceremony, a community bike ride, bands on the corner plaza's, and open houses at local businesses.
