Welcome to WGM Group. We are planners, engineers and surveyors working together to build better communities, safer roads
and healthier places to live, work and play in the Rocky Mountain west. Our clients are governments and citizens, public
and private companies, concerns large and small who share at least one common goal - the desire to complete
their projects with excellence and efficiency. Our ability to deliver successful projects is what sets us apart.
At WGM Group, the process is the product.

Let Our Experts do the Talking

|

surveyor_engr_crpd.jpgIn today's world, it is a challenge to keep up with the latest and greatest technology in the building and construction industries. Throw in phrases like geographical information systems and horizontal and vertical control surveying, your eyes really start to glaze over. Let our experts show you what this is all about, and how technology can benefit your business.

kyleB_caption.jpg Geographical Informational Systems (GIS) is a tool that allows us to combine geographical locations (maps) and data into a visual product to better analyze, share and manage projects like land use planning, transportation, utilities, real estate, tourism and marketing. The data produced by GIS can help answer questions, such as what is the travel time from areas outside of Missoula to downtown or the mall. GIS exposes data that may show population trends in certain areas that helps a retailer decide where to open another store.

Kyle Balke came to us via the University of Montana and is a GIS Specialist. Kyle knows the ins and outs of GIS including the design and management of spatial databases as well as a variety of graphic applications.

kirk_b2_caption.jpgLand boundary and horizontal and vertical control surveying lay the foundation for any project in which spatial location is critical to effective project execution - from topographic mapping and property boundary resolution to complex infrastructure layout. A well-planned control and boundary survey network is integral to a smooth running land related project.

Kirk Adkins is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Montana and manages our survey division.  Kirk has extensive knowledge of the land division laws for the State and the unique and individual applications of these laws.

Kyle and Kirk are available to attend your next sales or group meeting with graphic presentations on their areas of expertise.
